Marina Vista Park

Right by the ocean and surrounded by a residential area, Marina Vista Park has many open spaces for outdoor activities. There are trees that provide shade, perfect for hosting a picnic or sitting down while reading a book. The large space allows enough solitude to relax. The park also has a tennis court and a bicycle path if people want to do more physical activities to relieve stress.

Sometimes people prefer to be surrounded by others while they are trying to regain their energy. Bixby Park is always packed with people skating, biking or walking their dogs. Parking is easy to find earlier in the day, but later in the afternoon it can become more difficult to find a parking spot. Bixby Park also hosts various events such as Farmers’ Markets which can be something people find joy in.
El Dorado East Regional Park

On the north side of Spring Street, El Dorado Est Regional Park has many different picnic areas, ponds and more. There’s also a dog park, which people can head to for a quick boost in serotonin. Lots of people cycle and walk on the path that surrounds the entire location. It’s a great place to get lost in thought and watch the ducks for a while. Parking at El Dorado Park costs $ 6 on weekdays, $ 7 on Fridays, and $ 8 on weekends.
Rainbow Lagoon Park

Another park where people can enjoy the ocean breeze is Rainbow Lagoon Park. It’s a smaller park but there is plenty of space to sit and relax. He is peaceful during the day and very active at night. At $ 15, parking costs more than the other parks mentioned but people can take advantage of what is nearby. Shoreline Village and Pine Avenue are within walking distance and can make for a great time.
